Great Danes sold on AKC Limited Registration are required to be spayed or neutered AFTER 12 months of age NEVER before. Are you able to comply with these requirements?

Correct flooring is required for correct growth of a Great Dane. Without traction for proper bone & joint growth; puppies will develop hip dysplasia, cow hocked rear legs, or torn knee ligaments. Great Dane puppies are required to be on NON-SLIPPERY surfaces like carpet, grass, rubber backed mats, rock or gravel, etc. and can never be on tile, linoleum, hardwood flooring, slippery cement, etc. until after 12 months of age. Will you comply with our non-slip flooring requirement?

Gastric torsion also known as Bloat where the stomach twists 180-360 degrees is a major emergency requiring emergency surgery that can effect Great Danes. Prevention requires restricting exercise for 1-2 hours before & after feeding, elevating food & water dishes, softening kibble with water, probiotics, & not allowing your dane to drink excessive amounts of water. Will you follow these bloat prevention guidelines?
